Kakao Mobility currently says that if the ride was within the last 14 days, you can contact the driver directly from your ride history.

- Driver or vehicle details shown in the app

3. No Kakao T? Check How You Paid
Your payment record may be the best clue to the taxi.
Paid by card
Save these details:
- Payment time
- Fare
- Card transaction or approval record
- Merchant or taxi information shown on the transaction
Tmoney Taxi operates an official lost-item vehicle lookup service and a lost-item customer-service route.
If your payment method is supported, it may help identify the taxi connected to the transaction.
Do not assume that every overseas-issued card or mobile payment can always be traced through the same online method.
